Manage Your Profile

To get started, click your profile in the top right corner of the portal. From here, you can quickly update key information and keep everything up to date.

You can:

  • Update your login email - this is where you’ll receive dispatch notifications and password reset instructions

  • Change your password at any time to keep your account secure

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of protection

  • Sign out of all devices currently logged into your account

Keeping your profile details accurate ensures you never miss important updates - and helps keep your account safe at all times.
